Last year we became known as a community hub in St. Anthony Park for films, family & fun with Movies in the Park. We are again working with St. Paul Parks & Rec to host movies outdoors every month this summer in Hampden Park, our namesake greenspace across the street. Newly renovated in 2016, it's a perfect place for movies after dark; you can read about the upgrades here.

So bring along a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a movie theater with an open roof under the trees & stars. Plus we will be giving away fresh popcorn in the store, made with our special healthy recipe. Come early to socialize if you like — everyone in the Twin Cities is welcome!

Movies begin at dusk – after the 8:45ish sunset — depending on weather and lingering light, so come and hang out until it's dark enough. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. On movie nights the store stays open until film starts for your snack needs.

Come on down around 8:00 to play Our Price is Right!

It's a fun name-the-price game facilitated by St. Anthony Park Community Council (SAPCC) Equity Committee.

Think you know how much some pantry staples cost at the co-op? A hint: we're surprisingly competitive with the chain grocery stores. Come by and see if you can name the price at our very own "Our Price is Right" game. The contestant that comes closest to the actual price will get to take that item home with them! Game begins about 8:00 pm.

The SAPCC brings together residents and businesses to work on vital neighborhood interests that enhance and strengthen the character and vitality of the community. The Equity Committee addresses neighborhood disparities. One area of focus is Food Justice – seeking ways to ensure that lower income residents can access healthy and affordable foods.
