Description
This classic salad originated in the south of France.
Ingredients
- 1 lettuce (romaine, bibb)
- 1 cooked green beans or asparagus
- 1 roasted or boiled new potatoes
- 1 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 pitted black olives
- 1 capers
- 1 cucumbers
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 grilled sliced salmon or tuna
Instructions
Arrange ingredients of choice in a
large bowl or on a large plate. As a
dressing, sprinkle olive oil and red
wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar on
the salad. You may also use an Italian
or French dressing, or serve a dollop
of mayo and a Dijon-type
mustard on
the side
and mix as
you eat.
