Description

Ingredients

  • 1 c kalamata olives
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T capers
  • garlic cloves to taste
  • 2 slices of sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until texture is smooth.

Notes

Delicious on pasta, as a spread on hummus, or as a spread on crackers with cheese, veggies, etc. Try an Olivada and tuna curry sandwich (tuna, mayo, and curry powder to taste). Use Olivada sparingly.
