Ingredients

  • 1 large package raspberry gelatin dessert
  • 1 1⁄2 c boiling water
  • 1 14-ounce can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 peeled and chopped oranges
  • 1 c cup fresh grapes, cut in half
  • 1⁄2 c cup dates, cut in pieces
  • 1⁄32 dr cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add whole cranberry sauce; break up and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, and put into small freezer containers. Label and freeze. Makes about 12 half-cup servings.

To serve, place on a slice of white cheese and top with a maraschino cherry for a refreshing summer dessert.
