Serves 6
Rinse sea vegetables in a fine strainer and place in large bowl. Pour boiling water over the vegetables. Add tamari or liquid aminos, let sit 10 minutes and then drain through a fine strainer. Whisk vinegars, syrup, and sesame oil together in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and cool. Refrigerated leftovers will keep for 3-4 days.
