Serves two

Ingredients

  • 1 c yogurt
  • 1⁄2 c milk
  • 1⁄4 c quick or rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 c dried fruit and nuts
  • fruit syrup, honey or sugar to taste

Instructions

Mix well and allow to stand 30-40 minutes. It will have a pudding-like consistency.
